Our cross-cultural coaching is predominantly directed at managers and leaders who are working within cultural setting different to their own background, leaders managing stakeholders, teams or clients in multinational settings, as well as those planning to relocate for a work assignment or expat relocation.
Our coaching starts with a complementary 1-hour Introductory call between the Client and the Coach in order to establish the area of focus for the duration of coaching. This introductory meeting also provides an opportunity to verify whether coaching is the right approach for the client and allows them to establish psychological safety and trust with the coach prior to making any commitment.
