InPsy Consulting founder, Anna Czaplewska-Jaffery has been working as a Business Psychologist, EMCC accredited coach and Management Consultant a prior to returning to academia to become a Management Scholar.

Academic Excellence

Anna teaches Organisational Behaviour and Leadership, as well as Decision-Making and Behavioural Science at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) where she is conducting research on cross-cultural leadership and women in the workplace.

Consulting and coaching practice

She continues to expand her consulting and coaching practice, while completing her PhD in Cross-cultural Management.

Anna Czaplewska – Jaffery

Anna has worked with FTSE 500 companies across the globe, has been responsible for delivering global organisational change projects and worked closely with international teams and senior stakeholders as a Change Management and Training expert.​

She designed and delivered leadership development courses and management workshops for clients across Europe and Middle East, Asia and Pacific and the Americas.

Born in Poland, Anna moved to the UK to complete a BSc in Psychology and MSc in Organisational Psychology.

Based in London, Anna has travelled extensively, visiting over 50 countries world-wide.​

Through her work she got to spend extensive periods of time abroad and was placed on projects across a number of European and Asian countries.​
